Keep cursing to a light minimum. You can ever so often, but please don't go on a cursing raid. :] I understand this is the big bad city, and if something THAT bad happens, please you -- to mark out some letters in the curse word. You only have to use that if you say curse words over and over and oveeerrr in the same paragraph, post, etc. :]

You want sex? Take it over PM or get a life. :] There will be NO mature display of affection on the boards. If you MUST, you can one x one over PM. I don't support it, but I'm not against it. Hugs, kisses, holding hands and waists is fine. But make sure to keep your clothes ON. :]

No killing off any other characters. Bob is not god, therfore, he can not "shoot a stick, pop Amy's eye out, and she bleeds to death and dies in pain." If you want to kill someone, then PM the person and ask VERY politely as you can. Because I'm sure 'CAN I KILL YOUR CHARACTER?!?! =D' doesn't sound that exciting to most people, don't get your hopes up too high. ;]

This is a city with gangsters and werewolves at every corner. OF COURSE THERE HAS TO BE FIGHTING. But make sure it's FAIR and REASONABLE. No, you can't kill someone with a taser that just drops in front of you suddenly, and no you can not kill someone instantly because you jabbed a pencil in their side. :] And please don't make it TOO gory. We don't want the mental image of guts and kidneys and spleans spilling out of a hollow body. ^-^ There are CHILDREN about.

Make sure your post is realistic. Like I said before, no a taser can not kill someone, so don't try. This is a flithy city with monsters and humans who are sometimes WORSE then monsters. People just might carry guns in their pockets, and gangsters just might beat you up with clubs. :]

If you want your human to be turned into a monster, please PM an admin about it FIRST.

Have originality. This city might be full of monsters, but there are humans too. If you make two monsters, make your next character a human. I don't want to be overloaded with vampires, either. Keep monster ratio to a good control, or I might have to suspend a race of monster for a while. Also, not EVERYONE has a sob story. Just because this city is down in the dumps and in poverty, it doesn't mean your father and mother died and you were sent to your uncle who beat you up until you were black and blue. :]

Sub-plots between characters that might effect the whole town MUST be run-through the admins first. If it's just like.. Jerry and Amelia are planning to run away together, then it's fine. But if it's "Jerry and Amelia are planning to kill at the monsters in the town" please PM an admin about it.

You may have up to 6 characters, but make those characters on different accounts. :] Also, your display name should be the name of your character, eg: KiKi Lime or whatever.

The setting is in France, so therefore, most people are french. We roleplay in English though. :] Your character can be American, Chinese, African, etc, but please, keep in mind that names must fit. If you're chinese, I don't think your name will be Coconut Bob. In fact, I'm sure of it. So, please try to make names fit. I understand some exceptions, though. If you can't find last names, please look in the Naming Guide of the rules. It'll help you find sites to look for names, last names, decide a race, etc. Once more, this goes back to realism.

ALL MONSTERS MUST CARRY THEIR BLACK BOOK WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES. IF THEY DON'T, THEY DIE. :]

I have no limit of siggie sizes. But please, USE COMMON SENSE. I don't want LHSKJFH big images. 300 x 400 or something will do. :] Also, I love anime. I do, I do, I do. And plus, because there shall be monsters about, I say you can use anime. But please, follow the siggeh limit. If you don't know how to resize a gaint picture of your anime person, post in the Graphs Board for help. I allow anime, but normal celebrities are A-okay, too.

Face claim is for anime AND celebrity people. If you have an anime-person thingy, I suggest you pick one out from a show. But please, make it realistic. I don't want any Naruto ninjas sprinting about in a monster city in France. :] If you're character is human, either find a REAL person, or a realistic looking anime person. Once more, make it realistic.

Please advertise in the advertising form. :] It aviods confusion.
